Life Storage, Inc. 18-building portfolio – CA

OnSwitch was selected by a Major Solar Developer to be a key partner in their expansion into CA, and to provide turnkey EPC for their new customer Life Storage. After evaluating opportunities at 100+ sites with SkyQuotesTM, OnSwitch was engaged to perform due diligence across the Life Storage portfolio. OnSwitch led value engineering and redesign to accomodate the structural limitations at many of the buildings, and ultimately built rooftop systems at 9 sites across the state.  The Major Solar Developer has now engaged OnSwitch to provide EPC for another 8 sites in the Life Storage portfolio.
